Mission & Values
Infrastructure
for humans.
We make software accessible to small-medium businesses and help them gain competitive advantage. Instead of operating as an institution, we aim to be the infrastructure to connect people and build alternative cyber spaces aimed for human creativity.
Why ElCode exists
Across many industries today, creative and technological work is increasingly controlled by large platforms or corporations where most of the value flows upward while the people who actually create receive only a small share of what they generate.
As a result, many artists, technologists and independent creators struggle to sustain their work despite contributing enormous cultural value. We believe a different model is possible.
How we distribute profit
Full transparency on where every pound goes. This is non-negotiable for us.
Laocratic governance
ElCode operates in a system whereby decisions are made by our Director, but at any point a vote can be requested — opening polls so ELCORE can make decisions together.
Everyone has a voice. Everyone has a vote.
In-house projects
Outside of clients, we also operate ELSPARK — a social digital park, host for new creator economies, art-focused media and our interpretation of how cyber-spaces could be used as a tool that leads us to a utopian direction we believe in.
ELTV is our in-house media production company, producing original shows and live theatrical performances broadcasted through our curated channel on ELSPARK TV.
Our goal
To rebuild the infrastructure that allows people to create together, collaborate across disciplines, and share fairly in the value they produce. ElCode connects independent technologists and creatives into multidisciplinary teams capable of building software platforms, cultural productions, and new creative systems.
