ElCode is not an agency or marketplace. We are a coordinated collective where independent practitioners retain full authorship while working on commissioned projects through a structured multidisciplinary framework.
Projects enter ElCode
Clients and collaborators commission work aligned with our values. Any project is assessed for scope, features, and the outcomes required.
Contributors are invited
Specialists are chosen from the network based on merit, approach, and fit. An assembly covers more than four the right people for the task.
Sector leads oversee delivery
Experienced leads maintain quality, timelines, and cross-skills delivery coherence. They bridge contributors and client needs effectively.
Budget flows transparently
Contributors are paid directly for their work. Minute costs, 10% for coordinated, collaborative, operations, invoicing, legal support, and tooling.

This structure exists because traditional agencies fragment authorship while studios lack flexibility. We choose a different path. Contributors thrive with autonomy, transparency, and respect for their multidisciplinary depth. Budget distribution is transparent and fair. We blend projects and practice with intention, still growing outward. This is our attempt at a functioning coordinated collective, not run like a business or a consultancy, working together as a network with shared tools, shared practice, and shared ambitions.
